BRENNAN, Terrence G. - Grand Rapids
BRENNAN - Terrence G. Born in Rockaway, New York to Gerald Brennan and Marion Shatzel Brennan, Terry grew up in Buffalo with his six siblings, Pat, Kerry, Maura, Tim, Matt and Molly. With a nickname for all he met and everything he did, it's fitting that Terry will be remembered by his nickname, Tyger or just Tyg. A truly talented artist, his varied life took him from the Kansas City Art Institute to San Diego, California, where he was a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. After some years back in Buffalo, he spent the last decade in Michigan, working for the U.S. Postal Service. With a boundless imagination, Tyg was a rare character, who will be greatly missed. Tyger is survived by his son, Michael Patrick Brennan, who he nicknamed Mick within seconds. He is also survived by his father Jerry; his step-mom Berna; his five remaining siblings; his 11 nieces and nephews; and Bob, Norm, Gillian, and Conor, his siblings' spouses. On Saturday, April 4th, the Brennan family will join to celebrate Tyger with visitation from 11 AM-2 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (at Hopkins Rd.), where a Funeral Service will directly follow at 2 PM. Friends invited. Please share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
