TEDESCO Jr., FRANK D. - Niagara Falls  
TEDESCO - Frank D. Jr. Age 34, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away August 26, 2015 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport. Born in Buffalo, NY he was the son of Frank D. and Rose (Miller) Tedesco of Niagara Falls. Frank attended St. Joseph Collegiate Institute in Buffalo and at the age of fourteen moved to Niagara Falls with his family where he attended and graduated from LaSalle Senior High School. He also attended Niagara County Community College. Frank had a love for hockey and participated in many area leagues including the North Buffalo Thunder Cats, Wheatfield Blades, as well as floor hockey at Cruisers Sports Bar and Complex where he was a part of several championship teams. He was also a passionate golfer who especially loved golfing with his father and brothers. In addition to his parents, Frank is survived by his three siblings, Joseph (Jessica) Tedesco of Burdett, NY; Kristy (Christopher) Lumley of Royal Oak, MI, Thomas (Ashley) Tedesco of Niagara Falls and his girlfriend Nicole Opalinski. Frank was the grandson of Pauline (late John) Tedesco of Buffalo, the late Paul and late Mary Elizabeth Miller of Bethel Park, PA, beloved uncle of, Arianna Smith, Isabella Haight, Sofia Elizabeth Tedesco and Tyler Thomas Tedesco. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be Sunday 1 - 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Rd., Niagara Falls, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 9:00 AM at Holy Spirit Church, 85 Dakota St. Buffalo, NY with Rev. Joseph Wolf officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the Frank D. Tedesco, Jr. Memorial Fund 1570 Benjamin Dr. Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where monies will be used for families of terminally ill children. THOMAS, Marie R. - Homosassa  
THOMAS - Marie R. 88, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Hospice House in Lecanto, FL. A native of Ridley Park, PA, she was born September 20, 1926 to Henry I. and Della T. (Burke) Russell, one of five children. Marie was a retired registered nurse, having earned her nursing degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and served her profession at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo. Mrs. Thomas moved to Homosassa in 1993 from Grand Island, NY and was a former member of Sugarmill Woods Golf and Country Club, where she enjoyed golfing and playing cards. Marie was a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in Homosassa and is survived by her husband of 66 years, Edward Thomas, Homosassa; son Michael Thomas, also of Homosassa, and sister Dolores "Babe" Beitz, Livonia, MI. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Marie Thomas, in 1991 and siblings Henry I. Russell, Marjorie Beitz and Eleanor Anderson. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September. 3, 2015 from 4-8 PM at C. MERTZ AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 911 Englewood Avenue in Kenmore. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 10 AM from St. Stephens Catholic Church, Grand Island. Interment will follow in St. Stephens Church Cemetery. C. MERTZ AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Kenmore, in charge of arrangements.

TOUROT - William R. "Uncle Bill" August 31, 2015, beloved husband of 29 years to Mary T. (nee Muzolf) Tourot; dearest father of Deborah, William, Jr., Arthur and Amanda Tourot; devoted grandfather of Lauren and great-grandfather of Annabelle; dear brother of Michele (Tourot) Tutterman, Gerard (Donna) Tourot and the late Suzanne Cross; also survived by nieces and nephews. "Uncle Bill" served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years and was a radio announcer for many years. The family will be present Thursday from 3-8 PM at the (Elma Chapel) Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 7540 Clinton St., (corner Girdle Rd.). Family and friends are invited to assemble Friday at 10 AM in Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 7580 Clinton St., (corner Schwartz Rd.), Elma, for a Mass of Christian Burial.
