ANDERSON, Ralph E. - Eden  
ANDERSON - Ralph E. Age 87, of Eden, NY. Born February 26, 1927. He died January 21, 2015. He served during WWII in the U.S. Army in Europe. He was Honorably Discharged on November 4, 1946. He worked for Western Electric until retiring. He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret (nee Phillips) Anderson. He is survived by six children, Laurie (Bill) Barrett of Ellicottville, NY, William Curtis Anderson of Texas, Deborah Spackmann of Saratoga Springs, NY, Keith Anderson of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dennis (Laurie) Anderson of Ravena, NY and Karen Anderson of Margate, FL; also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Ralph was an avid hunter, fisherman and competitive pistol shooter. His past times included square dancing, snowmobiling, camping, gardening and spending time with his family. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 31, from 2-4 PM at the LAING FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2724 W. Church St., Eden. Words of sympathy on www.LaingFuneralHome.com

January 18, 2015, husband of the late Rosemarie (nee Stang) Angermeier; father of Joseph (Glorianne) Angermeier of Albany, NY, Mary (Scott) Stevenson of Cheektowaga, NY and Anne (Roger) Block of Charlotte, NC; grandfather of seven grandchildren. Mr. Angermeier served in the Army National Guard and was employed as an oven feeder at ITT Continental. A Memorial Mass will take place on January 29 at 10:30 AM in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 4125 Union Rd., Cheektowaga.
