SCRITCHFIELD - David A. November 3, 2009, of Angola, NY, beloved husband of Diana Scritchfield; dear father of Lisa Scritchfield, Annette (Eugene) Mooney, David (Lynn) Scritchfield, Sandy (Craig) Dolbow, Tammy (Geordie) Sinclair, Shelly (James) Brennan, Jeffrey (Sandy), Jayson Scritchfield, Lupe (Arnold) Breaux, the late Nickey and Atilano Scritchfield; grandfather of 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; survived by three brothers and three sisters; predeceased by two brothers; survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the LATIMORE-SCHIAVONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 8434 N. Main St., Angola, NY. A funeral service will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM at Victory Baptist Church, 10659 S. Roberts Rd., Fredonia, NY 14063. Please assemble at the church.

I just heard of your loss. You have my heartfelt sympathies. I remember David from when we were kids and would see him at Uncle Arch's place in the late 50's. I believe he was named after my grandfather, David "Roy" Scritchfield.
