To The Family of Elvin Camon Jr:
I was deeply saddened to learn that my longtime friend "Jr." has made his transition. I have many fond memories of the good old days. Whenever we met he always greeted me with feeling of brotherly love and respect, a feeling I will always cherish.
Rest my Brother and I will see you on the "other side". Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
With deep and abiding respect,
Bob Penn

Beloved Cam, knowing you all these years has truly been a delight. You were like my brother-in-law. How I will always remember the days of visits almost every Sunday to watch the football game and have dinner with the family. The great friendship you and my husband(Roosevelt Rhodes) had for so many years. I will miss you Cam. God's Blessings,Peace, and Love!!!

Uncle Cam,
My heart is heavy with sorrow over your loss and filled with thoughts of the relationship and memories you shared with my father, Rudy (Roosevelt Rhodes). Buffalo's and Burgard High School's best and finest have gone, but left a legacy that will not be forgotten. I know that you and Rudy have reunited in heaven, given each other some dap and shared a laugh or two. May you rest in eternal peace and I wish your family the peace of the Lord that surpasses all understanding.
Love,
Roxann
