I too was a BOCES student (80-82), though I didn't become an Electrician, I have been in the electrical sales business for 30 years, and used many of the skills I learned from Mr Kaylor. I too have made a good living with those skills. My condolences to the family.

My sincerest sympathy I send to the Kaylor family. I enjoyed having the boys and Michelle in my classes at Pine Valley Central School. Sorry for the loss, best wishes, Mrs. Patricia Brown

Mr. Kaylor was one of the best teachers I ever had. He taught me a 1st class trade that helped me make a great living over the years. I hated the music he played on Fridays during class. It was boys Choir all during testing. Had a great time in your class Bob. I remember it like yesterday.

In life I think everyone has a teacher or two that make a positive difference in your life, Mr. Kaylor (I could never call him Bob or Robert) was one for me. Although I never became a electrician a lot of the things he taught me were used later on and still used today. I think of him often and can still hear him use his booming and colorful voice of his. I'm sorry to hear of his passing and give my condolences to his wife and family.
