HUMMEL - Aloysius H. Age 88, passed away November 13, 2012. He was born in Buffalo, New York, the son of the late Aloysius and Gertrude (Feldman) Hummel and came to Zephyrhills, FL in 1985 from Hamburg, NY. Mr. Hummel was a veteran of the US Army and proudly served with the 17th Airborne in WWII, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Hummel; six children, Barbara, Steven, Marilyn, Thomas, John and Robert; five step children, Darlene, John, Dawn, Kim and Jeff; eight grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren and nine great-grand children and sisters, Dorothy and the late Dolores Cannon. The family will receive friends from 3-5 PM Monday, November 19, at WHITFIELD FUNERAL HOME. A mass will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, November 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Zephyrhills, FL. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HPH Hospice 37439 Clinton Avenue, Dade City, FL 33525.
