DIOCEDO - Angelo A. December 9, 2012, age 90, beloved husband of the late Lillian (nee Mingoia) Diocedo; beloved father of Darcy Diocedo Farley and the late Anthony Diocedo; caring brother of Daniel Diocedo; devoted uncle to over 100 nieces and nephews; impassioned friend to all who knew him. The family will be present on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (corner of Hopkins Rd.), where prayers will be offered on Thursday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from Christ the King Church, 30 Lamarck Dr., Amherst at 9:30 AM. Friends invited. Angelo served his country in the European Theater in WWII and again in the Korean Conflict before returning to his place of birth in Buffalo, NY to raise his family. Angelo was a retired Insurance Agent who had recently moved to Virginia to live with his daughter, Darcy. Angelo was a long time member of the Glenwood Acres Ski Club, the Tan Tara Golf Club, the Clarence Senior Center and the AMVETS. Share your condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
