CARNER - Frederick C. February 9, 2013, of Sloan, NY, beloved husband of the late June E. (Hessel) Carner; dearest father of Bradley (Jennifer), Mary (David) Dudkowski, Mitchell (Polly), Charmagne (Robert) Macey, Scott and Susan (Peter) Spunizza; also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral service from the BARRON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3025 William St. near Union Rd., Cheektowaga, Wednesday at 10 AM. Family present Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Mr. Carner was a WWII and Korean War veteran, a retiree of the Buffalo Fire Department, member of VFW Donovan Post, Studio Mechanics Local #52, Stagehands Local #121, Head Electrician and Board Operator at Melody Fair, Treasurer of the Buffalo AFL-CIO and past President of Local #282.
