KOGUTEK - Michael J. Of Orchard Park, entered into rest August 30, 2012, beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Druzbik) Kogutek; devoted father of Michael D. Kogutek and Sharon Kogutek; loving son of the late John and Mary (Beres) Kogutek; dear sister of the late Anna (Walter) Pienta, Helen Rutkowski, George (late Lottie) Kogutek, Sally (late Thaddeus) Mroz and Joseph (late Florence) Kogutek; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, South Buffalo St., and Thorn Ave., Orchard Park, on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the P.N.C. Michael J. Kogutek American Legion Scholarship Trust, c/o Michael D. Kogutek, PO Box 497, Silverado Canyon, CA 92676. Mr. Kogutek was a Navy veteran of World War II, past National Commander of the American Legion and past Commander of the Matthew Glab American Legion Post 1477.
