ASHLEY - Queen Ester Of Phoenix, AZ, departed this life on September 26, 2012. She graduated from the University of Rochester Strong Memorial School of Nursing. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 6 at 5 PM at the New Apostolic Church, 9510 Marine Memorial Dr., Niagara Falls, NY 14304 with Rev. Joseph P. Jaegers officiating.
