WITCZAK - Konstanty Constantine "K.c." Of Cheektowaga, NY, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at the age of 87, beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Smoszna) and the late Hazel (Van Natter); survived by brother Stanley T. (late Lillian Ayers) Witczak, Dorothy (late John) Rieman, Margaret (late Leonard) Tokarczyk; brother-in-law of Anna (Babcatck), wife of the late Henry "Kubie" Witczak, the late Frank, Walter, Joseph, Daniel and Raymond Witczak, Stephania, Marie Betty, Irene (late Steve) Kuc and Rita (late Herman) Krawczyk; son of the late Constantine Konstanty and Leocadia (Kropczynski) Witczak. K.C. was beloved uncle and survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the BARRON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3025 William St., near Union Rd., Cheektowaga, Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 10 AM in the Holy Mother of the Rosary Cathedral, 6298 Broadway, Lancaster. Please assemble at church from 9:30 AM. K.C. served in the US Army during WW II in the Philippines, a member of the Adam Plewacki Post 799 of the American Legion and the VFW Pvt. Leonard Post 6251, who served with the military funeral squad. Retired from Westinghouse, past president of the union, was extremely active in the H. M. of R. Cathedral, K.C. was also a member of many Polish American Organizations. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Honor Flight Inc. and the Wounded Warrior Project.
