COOPER-WILKINSON - Margaret Eleanor 86, a retired beautician, of Buffalo, Ny, died peacefully in her sleep on the morning of November 6, 2012. Margaret, also fondly known as "Peggy" or "Aunt Peg," was a devoted Christian, who faithfully served her church for over 50 years. "Peggy" was a caring, nurturing, thoughtful woman, who will remain in the hearts of all her family and friends. She is survived by her two beloved sisters, Virginia Linear (Hobart) of Cleveland, OH, Grace Beall-Webb (Stan) of Las Vegas, NV, a dear niece Charlene Beall-Branch (Jesse) of Las Vegas, seven godchildren: Ronald Lilly of Fandwood, NJ, Karla Gadly of Buffalo, NY, Vivian Eison of Bridgeport, CT, Erick Gadley of Centerville, VA, Christopher Gadley, Ricky Hasley and Tyra C. Ahmed, all of Buffalo, as well as a host of many other "heart adopted" children, whom she blessed with her adoring love and affection. She also leaves to mourn her passing a host of other relatives and many life-long friends. Preceding her in death are both parents, Robert Cooper Sr. and Pauline Cooper, of Smithfield, OH, husband David Wilkinson and a brother, Robert Cooper Jr., of Dayton, OH. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 15 from 11 AM - 5 PM at H. ALFRED LEWIS MORTUARY INC., 968 Jefferson Ave., Buffalo. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 16 at Humboldt Pkwy. Baptist Church, 790 Humboldt Pkwy., Buffalo, with a wake from 11 AM-12 Noon, followed by the Home-Going Celebration.
