QUASQUETON– Bradley A. Crawford, 60 of Quasqueton died Sunday, March 10 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.
Brad was born on Feb. 8, 1953, in Independence, the son of Charles W. and Freida L. (Heiserman) Crawford.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1971 thru 1974. On May 29, 1976 he was married to Kathryn M. Olson in Rowley.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn Crawford, Quasqueton; two children; Bryan (Lauren Daacy) Cedar Falls and Laura (Ronnie Kascel) Crawford, Rowley; a step daughter; Ashley (Snickel Fritz); a grandson due in July 2013; three brothers; Richard Crawford, Marion, Norman Crawford, Cedar Rapids, and Dennis Crawford, Quasqueton, and his faithful black lab "Molly".
Brad was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Steven Crawford.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 14, in the Union Church, Quasqueton, with Rev. Sheri Andersen officiating. Burial will be in the Quasqueton Cemetery, with full military honors provided by the Cedar Rock American Legion Post. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence and from 9 a.m. till services Thursday at the church in Quasqueton.
