James K. Wilson (1966 - 2013)


QUASQUETON – James K. Wilson, 46 years old, of Quasqueton, died on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. He was born on Feb. 11, 1966, in Independence, the son of Keith Kirby and Betty Lou (Harn) Wilson. He attended school in Independence. Mr. Wilson was an area concrete construction worker.
Mr. Wilson is survived by one daughter, Amanda J. (Gabriel Reed) Wilson of Osage; seven sisters, Susan (Jim) Morris of Jesup; Ruth (Bob) Hall, Judy (Ray) Smith, Theresa (Ron) Straw, and Christine (Doug) Hogan, all of Independence, Grace Mendenhall of Winthrop, and Mary Lou (Duane) Ellis of Flagstaff, Ariz.; two brothers, John (Tina) Wilson and Jerome (Jean) Wilson, both of Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step father, Jay O'Brien, and one sister, Linda Bonefas.
