DENVER, Colo. – Military Services for Raymond Leonard Pint of Erie, Colo., who died on Thursday, June 9, were held Thursday, June 16 at Fort Logan Military Cemetery, Denver, Colo.
Ray was born November 9, 1939, the son of Joseph J. and Frances J. Pint of Independence, Iowa. He served in the military and married Marjorie Cook on June 12, 1992. Ray was a fabrication specialist and owned and operated Ray's Construction business many years; he also did contract services for Sunstrand (later called Sundyne) Company in Colorado.
Ray is survived by a daughter, Shawn (Ken) Cahill; a son Rick Pint, both of Bryson City, N.C.; one stepson Daniel R. (Michelle ) Haney of Littleton, Colo.; one brother, Richard (Earlene) Pint of Independence; two sisters: Evelyn (Everette) Walshire of Mechanicsville, Iowa, and Patricia (Loren ) Buls of Waterloo, Iowa; in addition to grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one stepson, Dennis J. Haney; and a younger brother, John G. Pint.
