Dale LeRoy Einspahr

1946 - 2013 | Obituary Condolences
Dale LeRoy Einspahr was born Nov, 7, 1946 to Herbert an Agatha Einspahr at Hutchison, Kan.

Dale attended grade school at Memorial Lutheran School in Twin Falls, Idaho. He graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1964.

Dale graduated from Diesel Mechanic's School from Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho, 1965.

Dale married Louise Radtke, Feb. 26, 1965. To this union was born Kenneth Allen Einspahr, Sept. 8, 1965 and Michaelene Dawn Einspahr, Dec. 16, 1970.

Dale, Louise, and Kenneth moved from Twin Falls, Idaho in June 1967 to Arapahoe, Neb. Dale was parts man at Bellamy Brother John Deere in Nebraska.

Dale wanted to farm, so the family moved to Hendley, Neb. to help Louise's dad farm and milk cows.

November, 1975 Dale, Louise, Kenneth, and Michaelene moved to Cheyenne Wells out in the country to farm, Dale's dream.

No rain, not good wells, they moved to Arapahoe to help Bob Campbell farm and farm some ground himself.

Dale then drove truck for Aldridge Trucking in Arapahoe and then for Short and Sons trucking in Goodland, Kan. until his death.

Dale was Sunday School Superintendent at Trinity Lutheran Church in Arapahoe, Neb. He was a member at Grace Lutheran
Church in Cheyenne Wells. He was president of the congregation and taught adult bible study.

Dale was also on the school board and president of PTO at Arapahoe Schools in Arapahoe.

Dale and Louise were divorced in 1999 and at that time he started his Corvette passion. Dale's dream of owning a Corvette had happened and he joined the Mountain/Plains Corvette Club in the Greeley area.

Dale enjoyed driving his Corvettes, spending time with his grandchildren, going to church, and visiting with his friends and neighbors. His family always came first in his life.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Grace Lutheran Church in Cheyenne Wells.

Family has asked that any donations be sent to the Dale Einspahr Memorial Fund at The Eastern Colorado Bank in Burlington or may be dropped off at the Brown and Latimer Funeral Home.

Friends may go to to leave a condolence for the family
