CHARLOTTE G. FARMER

CHARLOTTE G. FARMER - WINOOSKI - Charlotte G. Farmer passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at her home in Winooski. She was born on Jan. 23, 1936, in Rutland, the daughter of the late Charles Anderson Bradley and Charlotte May (Blossom) Bradley, she was one of their six children. She was married to the late Russell Farmer on Oct. 22, 1962. She spent most of her life working as a waitress and cook; she was an energetic people person who loved to make people laugh. Charlotte was not only an amazing, caring, hardworking and supportive mother to her children, but she also carried this over to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, George Bradley; sister, Virginia Huntley; children, Danny Campbell, Donna Greene, Edward Farmer, Michael Farmer, Eugene Farmer, and Charlotte Moore; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, from 1 to 3 p.m., with a prayer service to follow at 3 p.m., at the Ready Funeral & Cremation Service South Chapel, 261 Shelburne Road, Burlington. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at 12 p.m. in Lakeview Cemetery, North Avenue, Burlington.
