MARIE PAULINE "POLLY" GOSS

MARIE PAULINE "POLLY" GOSS - COLCHESTER - Polly passed away with her extended loving family by her side on March 13, 2014, after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Winooski on March 31, 1936, the daughter of the late Edouard and Agnes Leclair. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Goss; sister, Margaret Tougas; and brother, Clement Leclair. Polly is survived by her companion, Harley Brown Sr.; sister, Theresa Perras; her children, Jim Goss and wife, Janet, Sharon Quinn and husband, Bart, and Richard Goss and wife, Missie; grandchildren, Sara Victory and husband, Joe, Dr. Bridget Quinn and husband, Brian Jones, Aliza Lapierre and husband, George, Michael Quinn and wife, Tikeren "Ker," Alex Goss and fiancee, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Billings, and Jimmy Johnson and wife, Kerri; great-grandchildren, Brendan Quinn, Lydon Quinn, and Jackson Victory; as well as many nieces and nephews. For the past 60 years, she has been employed by multiple generations of the Wick family that both loved and cared for her. Their generosity and kindness have been greatly appreciated. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 21, 2014, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Winooski. Interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
