NORMAN J. BOUCHARD - JOHNSON - Norman J. Bouchard, 74, died peacefully at home, after a battle with cancer, on Jan. 22, 2013. He was born and raised in Franklin, the son of Norat and Alphonsine (Martell) Bouchard. Norman is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elaine (Wescom) Bouchard. Together they had five daughters, Carol Ann Flood, Candy Griswold and husband, Robert Griswold, Robin West and husband, Arjay West, Penny Bouchard, and Tina Johnson and husband, Richard Johnson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, TJ Burns, Brandi Kuhns, Hallie Allaire, Levi Griswold, Tucker Johnson, Floyd Johnson, Brett Dodge, Josh Dodge, Kerri Ann Johnson, and Samantha Dodge; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Norman was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin, brother and in-law. He was a very special man with a big heart and soul, who enjoyed family gatherings. He was an avid hunter, and enjoyed the 40-plus years in his excavation business. He enjoyed watching and following his favorite sports team, the Boston Red Sox. He attended Sunday Mass regularly, and was an active church member who contributed his time and equipment to the parish. Norman was a man who gave his all for everyone. He enjoyed camping with his wife and family, and meeting all sorts of people. Norman will be missed greatly by all! Calling hours will be held Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Church in Johnson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Church. White-Fiess Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
