FERN BROWN LUMNAH - ST. ALBANS - Fern B. Lumnah passed away on Aug. 14, 2012, after a short illness. She was born in St. Lucien, Quebec on Feb. 19, 1924, the daughter of Walter and Maria (Benoit) Brown. She is survived by a stepson, Robert Lumnah of Kingston, N.H.; and a stepdaughter, Barbara Hayes of Enosburg Falls. She is also survived by her sisters, Simone Duquette of Essex Junction, Georgette Laba of St. Albans, Laura Brown of South Burlington, Teresa Duffy of Loudenville, N.Y., and Pauline and Rosario Cannizzaro of South Burlington; brother, George and Barbara Brown of Peacham Pond and Deland, Fla.; sister-in-law, Joanne WooleryBrown of Leesburg, Fla.; and several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, J. Gordon Lumnah; her parents; brothers, Robert and Leo; and sisters, Cecile Myott and Betty Taylor. There will be no visiting hours. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Enosburg Falls, with the Rev. Roger Charbonneau officiating.
