Not sure what to say?

November 12, 2010

To all the Connors,
We haven't connected in many years, but from your cousins in VA, we send our deepest sympathies. Leo's cousin Paul Kelly, our father, thought the world of him. My sister Anne and I visited the farm when we were children and we think it was when we were on our way to Toronto to see Expo 67!
You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Love,
Cindy, Anne, Lenice, Paul & Teresa

I did not know your dad personally, but being from Bridport, everyone at least knew OF everyone. Judging from the kindness of all of you, he must have been a very kind man. I do remember when my youngest was born prematurely, your dad sent me a note with a prayer card telling me he was praying for me. I always wanted to come by and say thank you, but I didn't because 1) I was afraid he wouldn't remember me and/or doing it and 2) I'd have to get someone to drive me to his house and to get a ride can be a chore. I am very sorry for your loss. May your dad's belief in God be a welcome comfort to you at this time. Love, Jeannette (Giard) Shields
