MILLICENT ANGELINA MARTIN - GEORGIA, Vt. - Millicent A Martin, age 81, died peacefully on Dec. 4, 2013, at Our Lady of the Meadows in Richford, surrounded by her family and extended family. After she married the love of her life, Leon "Pepper" Martin, on Nov. 14, 1956, she and Pepper owned and operated Martin's Welding and Repair Shop for many years, and also raised their family. Millie is survived by her daughters and spouses, Cheryl and Ron Rogers, Tammy and David Cyr, Lori and Donald Baker, and Michelle and David Wilcox; sisters, Jennie Potter and Kaye Rocque; and brothers, Angus Cameron, Bruce and Hazel Cameron, and David and Patience Cameron. She also leaves behind her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Renee and Silas Atkins and their children, Thaise and Easton; Ryan and Katie Cyr and their son, Elliott; Shana and Robert Corbin and their son, Henry; Olivia Baker; and Joseph, Emily and Abbey Wilcox. Millie's family would like to thank the staff at Our Lady of the Meadows for the care and support given to her and her family during her stay. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 So. Main St., St. Albans. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Holy Angels Church, 245 Lake St., St. Albans. The Reverend Maurice J. Roy will be the celebrant.
