My fondest memories of Paul was trying teach him "patois" at the Deck one evening over drinks. He embraced some key words quite quickly and it was hysterical listening to him try to use them. Although I havent seen him in many years, he touched everyone he met in some small way on his many visits to Jamaica, and, will be missed.

To Judi, Jennifer, Kelly, the Valois Family and the Family of Contact Communications; Paul was a dear friend to me and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. I first met Paul thru ham radio in 1987. I worked for Paul as his very first employee at Contact in 1989 and have many great memories of starting the company. He had a heart of gold and would always lend a helping hand. He will always remain a dear friend to me even in his sudden passing. Most Sincerely, Brian Justin Forest, VA

Judi, words can not express what I feel, Paul was such a great guy, he made you feel as if you had known him your whole life. I received an email from him in the last week about putting his plane in my hanger for the winter. He told me about your retirement being so close and he was looking forward to you guys coming to Texas and all of us getting to know each other better. I want you to know you do have a Texas family that loved Paul and were lookiing forward to getting to know you and if you feel the need to come to Hilltop please know you are so welcome for a day or life time. We are so saddened by his death and our prayers are with you and his family.

This will be very hard to come to grips with for me. Paul was a great friend, and mentor, along with a great business partner. He certainly had a way of making sure things were going to be just fine. I am very blessed to have met him and shared many fun times. If there were more people like Paul, the world would be a better place. Lord knows he made me a better person for knowing him. My deepest sympathy to his family.
You will be missed for a long time time my friend.

Our deepest sympathies to Judy, Sylvie, Kelly and Jennifer. Paul was a wonderful neighbor (plowed me out a few times when we had a big snowstorm and Chris was out of town!) and we missed talking with him at basketball games after our daughter stopped playing. I always marveled at how he knew so much about the way things worked.
We were very saddened and shocked to hear of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends and employees.

We heard about Paul's passing from my sister who lives near Paul and Judy in Vermont. What a shock! We had recently spent a lovely evening with Judy and her neighbors. Paul was in Texas at the time. We marveled at the scope of his "command center" and the HUGE batteries in the garage. Our deepest sympathy to Judy and the family.

I found out about Paul's untimely death this morning. I am shocked and saddened. Paul was a good friend - a fellow aviator and radio guy. Even though I only knew him for a few years, I felt like I knew him all my life. We shared business ideas and swapped many technical stories. Paul was one of the most giving persons I have ever met.
I send my condolences to his whole family during this difficult time. Words can't express how sad I am that Paul is no longer with us. May he rest in peace.

As a Contact employee, I spoke with Paul on a few occasions. I came to the conclusion that he had worked very hard for his own success. I also realize that he loved life and his planes. My lasting impression was a conversation between Kelly, himself and I. Subject - Suze Orman, not the normal teen to Dad conversation. Working with Kelly is a pleasure. She is a hard worker and has my upmost respect. As the saying goes, the apple does not fall far from the tree. I look forward to watching her success in the years to come. My sincere condolences to all.
