ROBERT COOK MAYNARD - MT. WASHINGTON, Ky. - Robert "Bob" Cook Maynard, 67, of Mt. Washington, Ky., passed away at his home. He was a native of Essex Junction. Bob was a retired truck driver, a U.S. Army Veteran, a small plane pilot and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Louise Maynard; parents, Francis W. Sr. and Mildred Mary Maynard; siblings, Mary F. Burrell, Helen M. Drury, Linda A. Fleming, Francis W. Maynard, Jr. and Carole S. Maynard. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tracey and Perry Cox. His funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church in Mt. Washington, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Schmid Funeral Home, Mt. Washington, and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
