Dear Nancy and family,
Richard and I were so sorry to read of your son Robert's death. We are definitely not prepared to lose our children before we ourselves are gone. In such a situation, words really do fail but our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I know that the members of our church will support you as you manage to go on. Fondly, Kay & Richard Ryder

Our condolences to Dave and Nancy and all whose paths he crossed. I knew Bob for more than thirty years...a kind and caring guy...interesting to talk to and be with. He sure pushed the Burlington music envelop, creating an air of anticipation and excitement when the band's next performance was announced. He always energized the audience whenever he played! "Wards Rule". We'll miss you my friend...but the memories live on. Michael Goldblatt and Celia Kingsbury

Dave and Nance,
This came as a complete shock to me earlier today when Jason told me the news. I am so sorry. Bob's been in my thoughts since I've heard. I met him before I met Jason...he picked me up hitchhiking in that bronze car (Was it a Pontiac?) back in the early 80's and I'd recently dug out the little tiger he gave Anthony when he was born. He was such a sweetheart. Oh the stories we can share sometime! Much love to you,
Patricia

Nancy, We were so very sorry to read that Beano passed away. We'll always remember him, especially on Dino's birthday. For several years he came here for Dean's birthday pork dinner and announce himself as he came in our door by asking "Is this the Powell's Palace of Pork?" We truly enjoyed his compsny and will miss him.

Breaks my heart to hear of Bob's passing. I haven't seen him since 1998, but I thought of him often. He was a lot of fun to be around and had a great laugh--full belly roar of a laugh.
Many of the fun happy memories I have of Vermont, include a visit to "Beano's" house.
Rest in peace, friend.
Sending much love to his family and friends from here in Kentucky.
