DAVID BERT PECOR Obituary
DAVID BERT PECOR - MILTON - David Bert Pecor, 62, died July 18, 2014, at his home in Milton following a long illness. David was born on Sept. 2, 1951, in Burlington, the son of Bert and Rita (Miller) Pecor. He graduated from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass., in 1974. David loved the outdoors, especially fishing and boating. He had talent in leather crafting when he was younger, and later in life he found a passion in photography. He also loved to visit Montreal and Atlantic City. David was the former owner and president of Bert's Mobile Home Park in Milton. He was married to Barbara Christopher on July 24, 2004, in Milton. In addition to Barbara, David is survived by his daughter, Elise Pecor and her significant other, Trevor Smith, of Burlington; son, Ian Atwood and his wife, Kristin, of Orleans; grandchildren, Lydia Atwood and Paul Tipper; sister, Donalee Lamson and her husband, Clark, of St. Albans; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. David was predeceased by his parents; and sisters, Sherriline Kapica and Robin Dumont. David's family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Peter Wilhelm and his staff at Milton Family Practice for their care and compassion given to him. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center in Milton. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Minor Funeral Home.
