GAIL A. SPAIN - SOUTH BURLINGTON - Gail A. Spain, age 64, of South Burlington, passed away on July 20, 2014, in the Vermont Respite House in Williston. She was born in Passaic, N.J., on Nov. 9, 1949, the daughter of Dominic and Virginia (Conover) Pelletier. She was educated in Burlington at Champlain College, which she loved very much, and in 1982 she was married to Craig Spain. Gail worked for many years in as a Computer Technician for Teradyne. In her spare time, Gail was an avid reader and she loved to garden and was especially proud of her roses and veggies. Gail loved going on cruises and especially enjoyed her seaweed wraps! She will be greatly missed be her poodle, Bailey. She is survived by her husband, Craig Spain of South Burlington; her two children and their spouses, Ronald Huber and Tish of Pennsylvania, and their children, Kenny, Julia, Nate and Haley; and Christina Kyrish and Annette of Missouri; mother, Virginia Pelleteri of South Burlington; and five brothers- and sisters-in-law, Bruce, Susan, Roger, Brian and David. She was predeceased by her father, Dominic Pelletteri, 20 years ago. Services for Gail will be held on Wednesday and will be private for the family.
