Harry Datz Obituary

Harry T. Datz Jr., formerly of Mt. Washington and Portersville, passed away Sunday at Norberts Personal Care Home at Seven Oaks Hospice in Pittsburgh.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Lee (Danforth); and his son, Brian John.
He is survived by his children, Daryll Lynn of Butler, Harry T II of Mt. Washington, Katherine (Gerard) Sica of Oakridge, N.J., and Patricia (Jeff) Hoy of Rockledge, Fla; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Ann Louise Dalzell of Pittsburgh and Betty Lou Rigby of Stow, Ohio.
Harry was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. His greatest hunting experience was a guided hunting trip to Alaska, where he shot a caribou and a grizzly bear.
For many years he and his wife bowled on a senior league at the Family Bowlaway in Butler.
DATZ - Inurnment for Harry T. Datz Jr., who died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, will be private.

The Beinhauer Funeral Home in Dormont, Pa., assisted with the arrangements.
