Joseph A. Malvarose Jr.
Joseph A. Malvarose Jr., 90, of Butler died Monday at VA Butler Healthcare.
Born Oct. 14, 1922, in Jamisonville, Pa., he was a son of the late Joseph A. Malvarose Sr. and Mary (Ravilli) Malvarose.
He was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Surviving are his son, Dennis Malvarose of Butler, and two sisters, Emma Mustello of Butler and Dolores Manaia of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice G. (Wolff) Malvarose, who died Nov. 11, 2001; five brothers and five sisters.
MALVAROSE - Friends of Joseph A. Malvarose Jr., who died Monday, June 10, 2013, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday. Funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
