Kenneth R. Bachman, 71, of Butler passed away suddenly Monday at his home.
He was born April 19, 1941, in Pittsburgh.
Kenny was an amazing oil painter and loved car racing, restoring cars and his favorite dog, Sissy.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked for John Thrower Trucking.
Surviving are his wife, Esther (Undercuffler) Bachman, who he married July 7, 1989; four stepchildren, Joan Roddy of Oil City, Martin McCommon of Butler, Richard and Cheryl Nagy of South Carolina and Sherri Rekich and Jason Voyda of Butler; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two stepsons, Michael McCommon and Paul Nagy.
BACHMAN - Friends of Kenneth R. Bachman, who passed away Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until the time of the service at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
