Michael Thomas Hilovsky, 64, of Butler passed away Friday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family, following declining health complications.
He was born in Lyndora on Jan. 24, 1949, and was the son of the late Michael and Mary Ufner Hilovsky.
Michael was a Byzantine Catholic.
He graduated from Butler High School, and he was an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He was affiliated with veterans organizations in Butler including the American Legion.
Michael had been employed by the Spang Corp. and Ellis Beer Distributors.
Surviving are a sister, Patricia Whitford of Armagh, Indiana County, Pa., and 14 nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce McPherson.
HILOVSKY - At the request of Michael Thomas Hilovsky, who passed away Friday, March 15, 2013, there will be no visitation, and a celebration of life will be held later.
