Ralph Weckerly Obituary
Ralph L. "Butch" Weckerly, 64, of Kittanning died Thursday.
He was born Oct. 24, 1947, in Harrison Township, Allegheny County, to Ralph Lewis and Martha Jane (Fox) Weckerly.
Butch was the owner and president of Golden Eagle Security and Investigations Inc. and cherished the time spent with his family, especially with his grandchildren and foster grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, MaryAlice (Bennett) Weckerly; children, George LeRoy (Donna) Weckerly and Crystal Lynn (David) Cowan, all of Kittanning; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; one step-grandchild; and many foster grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
WECKERLY - Family and friends of Ralph L. "Butch" Weckerly, who died Thursday, July 12, 2012, will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 515 N. McKean St., Kittanning, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Robert Burns officiating.
The interment will be at Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington.
Contributions may be made in Butch's honor to the Armstrong County Historical Society, P.O. Box 735, Kittanning, PA 16201.

MaryAlice and Family,
We received your Facebook note about "Butch" and were heartbroken for you all. So many years have passed since we sat around the campfire in Slippery Rock. We were a young couple, with two babies and you both loved us and influenced us in ways we still talk about today.
Butch's diligence and integrity will always speak to our hearts as we go about our business each day.
We pray that God will give you all "a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair." Isaiah 61:3
