Randy Schmoll
Randy Schmoll, 48, of Karns City passed away at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday unexpectedly at his home.
Randy was born July 26, 1964, in Butler and was the son of Robert L. Schmoll and Rita L. Graham Schmoll.
He was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church. He was a 1982 graduate of Moniteau High School. He was also a graduate of Triangle Tech in Pittsburgh.
He was a carpenter and online author by trade, as well as an accomplished photographer.
Randy is survived by his former wife, Michele Schmoll of New Jersey; six children, Samantha Frick and her husband, James, of New Jersey, Colton Schmoll of New Jersey, Brandon Schmoll of Karns City, Brittney Schmoll of New Jersey, Tabitha Schmoll of Karns City and Sonja Schmoll of Karns City; and two grandchildren, Vivica Frick and Vladimire Flick of New Jersey. Randy is also survived by his parents, Robert and Rita Schmoll of Karns City; three sisters, Rhonda Kuminkoski and her husband, Chris, of Butler, Rani Nicodemus and her husband, Mike, of Petrolia and Rebecca Hinterlang and her husband, Matt, of Grove City; and six brothers, Robert Schmoll II and his wife, Amy, of Kentucky, Rodney Schmoll of Alberta, Canada, Roy Schmoll and his wife, Jenn, of Kentucky, Ronald Schmoll and his wife, Traci, of Seven Fields, Ryan Schmoll and his wife, Tonya, of Parker and Roger Schmoll and his wife, Sharon, of Petrolia. Also surviving are 33 nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one son, Hunter Schmoll; one sister, Raylene Schmoll; and one brother, Raymond Schmoll.
SCHMOLL - Friends of Randy Schmoll, who passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013, will be received at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at the St. Louis Catholic Church with Father James Bedillion of the St. Alphonsus Parish officiating. Everyone should please meet at the church.
Burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
