Dear Charlene and Family,

I am so very, very sorry to read about Tim. It has been too many years since I've seen the two of you. I will always remember Tim fondly. He was such a kind and wonderful man, there really wasn't anyone nicer.
Charlene, I still remember when you two first met and how he adored you and your children. Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss.

Sincerely,
Kassie Gall
