Carolyn Cehily, 90, of Saxonburg passed away Saturday at the Saxony Health Center.

Born on May 9, 1923, in Curtisville, Pa., she was the daughter of Michael and Eva Schlahta Showak.
Carolyn was a homemaker. She was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Ukranian Orthodox Church in Lyndora.
Surviving are her son, Michael (Linda) Cehily Jr. of Saxonburg; her daughter, Diane Carbin of Butler; her three sisters, Dolores (Roy) Renfrew of Saxonburg, Jean Slencak of Grove City and Irene (David) Orwig of Killeen, Texas, and her four grandchildren, Clint, Lindsay, Bethany and Sarah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Michael Cehily Sr., who died Sept. 3, 1998; her three brothers, and her sister.
Cehily - The friends of Carolyn Cehily, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
The services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 21 Evergreen St., Lyndora.
Interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
