Kenneth Paul Ehrman, 81, of Chicora passed away Sunday at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Gibsonia.
Born on April 16, 1933, he was a son of the late Paul and Helen Marie Bergbickler Ehrman.
He retired as a machinist from International Staple and Machine following 35 years service.
He was a member of Parents without Partners. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed animals, watching John Wayne movies and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are his children, John Paul (Sharon) Ehrman of Chicora, Robert James (Cynthia) Ehrman of North Carolina, Patricia Rose (Jeff) Speicher of Harmony, Michael Lee Ehrman of Butler and Daniel Glenn Ehrman of Butler; his seven grandchildren; his four great-grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters, Vernon "Ben" Ehrman of Butler, Richard (Charlet) Ehrman of Fenelton, Elizabeth "Betty" Shuler of Butler, Shirley (Carl) Brewer of Massachusetts and Roger Ehrman of Connecticut. Also surviving is his former wife and mother of his 5 children, Mary Jane (Cuccaro) Ehrman; also numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Polley Dent, and his two brothers, Ronald and Donald Ehrman.
Ehrman - The friends of Kenneth Paul Ehrman, who passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at theGeibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Eric Parks officiating. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery in Herman will be private at the convenience of the family.
