Lou Ann Beals, 53, of Butler passed away Thursday at her home.

She was born Dec. 12, 1960, in Butler, the daughter of Charles A. and Norma Jean Miller Reep.
Lou Ann was formerly employed as a customer service agent and also in technical support for Verizon Wireless and ConQuest.
She was a member of Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, and she also attended Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. Lou Ann was a graduate of Butler High School, Class of 1978. She had a special love for her grandchildren. She also cherished her dogs and she had a passion for crocheting.
She is survived by her parents; one son, Brian Beals and his wife, Rachel, of Butler; one daughter, Crystal Keene and her husband, Travis, of Butler; two brothers, John C. Reep and his wife, Kelly, of Butler and Dennis W. Reep and his wife, Karen, of Butler; three grandchildren, Addison, Finnigan and Lincoln; and her former husband, Terry Beals.
Lou Ann is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
BEALS - Friends of Lou Ann Beals, who died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Ave., Butler. Burial will take place in Saint Michael's Cemetery.
The bereavement group of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish will meet at the funeral home at 3 p.m. Sunday for a vigil service.
