Lynn Smith, 57, of Slippery Rock died at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday in UPMC Montefiore Pittsburgh.
She was born on May 15, 1956, in Monroeville, to Albert S. Sherman and Louise (Widziszewski) Sherman.
She was a 1974 graduate of Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville. She was the former owner of Blondies Restaurant and Lounge in Boyers.
She was a member of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church of St. Peter Parish in Forestville.
She enjoyed cooking, fishing, painting, and motorcycle riding, and she enjoyed going to the cottage.
She is survived by one daughter, Kelly R. Smith of Longmont, Colo.; one son, Cody R. Smith of Slippery Rock; her mother, Louise Sherman of Slippery Rock, her fiancee, Timothy Sullivan; one sister, Nancy Sherman of Harrisville, a nephew, Adam Sherman; and one brother, Michael J. Sherman and his fiancee, Dianna Habucky, of Parker.
She was preceded in death by her father.
SMITH - Friends of Lynn Smith, who died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Jamison Funeral Home, 117 N. Main St. Harrisville.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Church, Forestville, with the Rev. Kevin G. Poecking of the church as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Harrisville.
