Robert Borso Obituary

Robert S. Borso, 88, of Butler passed away Friday at the Saxony Health Center.
Born April 18, 1928, in Liberty Boro, Pa., he was the son of John Borso and Margaret Roczey Borso.
Bob served in the U.S. Army in Korea.
He had worked as a steelworker for Homestead Steel and also in the maintenance department at the South Butler School District.
Surviving are his son, Jody John Borso of West Sunbury; his daughter, Criss Ann (Gary) Slupe of Butler; his sister, Eileen (Ted) Schaffer of South Carolina; two grandchildren, Erin (Michael) Tillery of Butler and Cary Gregor of Butler; and four great-grandchildren, Hailie Slupe, Marcus Tillery, Mikayla Tillery and Olivia Lascuola.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Grenalda R. Borso, on Dec. 25, 1914; and his brother, Ernest Borso
BORSO - Friends of Robert S. Borso, who died Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home in Saxonburg.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.
