SCHRAM, Raymond "Dean"
1928 - 2012
On Saturday, November 10, 2012, Dean Schram, loving husband of Mrs. Vera Schram, passed away at the Foothills Hospital at the age of 84. He was the loving father of Ron (Melody) of Wetaskiwin, AB, Linda Morken (Garry) of Sooke, BC and Dan (Joanne) of Wetaskiwin, AB, and loving stepfather of Darlene (Garry) Boisjoli, Gayle (Barry) Howden, Brian (Sylvia) Bates and Janet Carr. Dean will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and by two infant granddaughters. Dean was born in Claresholm, AB. During his lengthy working career, he was employed in various occupations including truck driver, crane operator and heavy equipment operator before being employed in management by the Pulp and Paper Industry. After 20 years of employment with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety, he retired in 1993 as Regional Director in Red Deer, AB. He resided in Calgary, AB until his passing. He will be missed by many. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Mountain View Funeral Home on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Shawn Franklin officiating. Interment to follow in the Garden of Last Supper, Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
