March 1920 - February 7, 2013
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a truly outstanding gentleman. He is survived by his beloved wife, Martha, of 68 years; two sons, Terrance (Lindsie) and Hugh (Marlene); six grandchildren, Heather, Stephen, Christina (Brad), Keri (Greg), Kelly (Bruce), James (Casey); three great-grandchildren, Aaron, Ayla, Carter; and his brother Roy Haxton. Jim served with the Royal Navy for four years in the North Atlantic. After the war, James was employed by Burns Food Ltd. for 43 years. At Jim's request there will be no Service.
