WOJTOWICH, Walter Edward
On March 20, 2013, Wally passed in peace at the Red Deer Regional Hospital with his family at his side. Born to Ted (deceased) and Helen Wojtowich of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba on August 8, 1943, Wally is survived by his loving wife Vivian, daughters Mardie, Cristy, and son Shane, and grandchildren Talea, Jasmine, Tyrell, Hannah, Christopher and Logan, and his other sons David, Philip and Leigh, and other daughters Kare and Karly. He is further remembered by two brothers, Brian and Danny, sister Joanna, and many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. An avid outdoorsman and dedicated family man, Wally will forever be remembered as a fun loving, honest, loyal and giving man, who has chosen to have a summer day of celebration in lieu of a day of grieving. Please send contact information to:, if you would like to participate. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the dialysis unit at the Olds Hospital, who cared for him as though he was their own through his illness. Please forward donations to Olds Hospital - Dialysis Unit, 3901 - 57 Avenue, Olds, Alberta, T4H 1T4.
