TAYLOR, William "Bill"
January 26, 1936 - October 15, 2012
In loving memory of Bill Taylor, who passed away after losing his courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Judy of 51 years, his children Kelly (Wilf), David (Sarah) and Billy, his grandchildren, Emily and Olivia, his sister Liz, and his brother Joe, step-grandchildren Erika, Marlaena and Anita, and great-step-grandson, Otto. Along with owning several Dairy Queen franchises, Bill established himself in the oilfields of Alberta in the 1980's with Algoma Steel and Taylor Tubulars. He was an avid golfer out of Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club, and enjoyed playing Gin-Rummy with his "cronies". Both Bill and Judy enjoyed their retirement years as Snowbirds down in Sun City West, AZ for over 12 years. Bill and Judy moved to White Rock, BC to be closer to their grandchildren. He touched the lives of those he knew and loved and will be sadly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at Victory Memorial Park, 14831 - 28th Avenue, Surrey, on Monday, October 22 at 11:00 a.m.
