Jeremy James Ducarme of Calgary passed away suddenly on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the age of 35 years. Jeremy touched the hearts and souls of everyone he met. He loved sports whether participating or watching; fishing and snowboarding. He accepted everyone for who they were and never judged. He was kind, caring and wore his heart on his sleeve. He leaves us with broken hearts but we take comfort in knowing he is at peace and surrounded by family and friends who have gone before him. Jeremy is survived by his sister and best friend Jennifer Ducarme; his mother Judy (Ric) Pansky; his maternal grandmother Marjorie Graham; his father Jim (Irene) Ducarme; his aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. Jeremy was predeceased by grandparents Bill and Leone Ducarme and Vernon Graham. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the charity of the donor's choice. In living memory of Jeremy Ducarme, a tree will be planted at Big Hill Springs Park, Cochrane.
