RINKEL , Marcellina (nee Behm) 1943 - 2009 Marcellina Rinkel slipped away quietly and peacefully into eternity November 20, 2009. Born in Unity, SK on October 21, 1943 and raised on the family farm. She leaves behind her husband of forty years Nicolaas, Supermom to Michael (Donna) of Calgary, Kelly (Tarshja) of Calgary, Tim of Nakhon Pathon, Thailand and her beloved daughter, Alanna of Calgary; grandchildren Thomas, Austin, Samantha, Dana, Rose and Jake. Predeceased by her father Austin. Survived by her mother Helen and Leanne of North Battleford, SK and brother Lyndenn (Matilda) of Winnipeg. She also leaves to mourn, her good friends Donna Buysman, Gayle Cooper, Marilyn Hahnel, all of Calgary, Marilyn Baseford of Cobourg, ON and also Serena of London, ON and many friends, co-workers and acquaintances. "Death", she said, "is my last great adventure." Unattached to wealth and unencumbered by things of this world, she was truly free. Her love was unconditional and so was happy to raise her children, happy to be a friend, wife and companion. We will miss you Marcy. Love you forever and ever. A heartfelt thanks goes out to Dr. John van Goor, Dr. John de Vries, Carewest, the homecare team and all providers and caregivers.
