MUEGGE _ Mary "Joanne" 1946 - 2005 Mary "Joanne" Muegge, beloved wife of Bob Muegge of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at the age of 59 years, after a brief struggle with cancer. Joanne was born in Seaforth, ON. She came to Calgary in October 1985 and has resided here ever since. Joanne started with the Mustard Seed Street Ministry approximately ten years ago, first as a volunteer, then joining the staff. Besides her loving husband, Joanne is survived by two sons, Adam and his partner Kyla McGillis, and Michael, all of Calgary; and her daughter Shannon of Toronto, ON. She is also survived by three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Michael and Frieda Malone of Port Franks, ON, Tom and Eileen Malone of Egmondville, ON, and Pat Malone of Wingham, ON. Joanne is also loved and missed by Bob's three brothers and six sisters and their families. A Celebration of Joanne's Life will be held in mid-January 2006. Dear Bob & Family

Our sincere sympathies go out to all of you in the death of your beloved wife and mother. We only met Joanne once, but appreciated the hearty welcome you both gave us when we appeared unexpectedly on your doorstep (2002) with your sister Betty and her husband Bob. Dear Bob,

I wish to convey to you and your family, our deepest sympathy for Joanne's recent passing from the entire Hassan family. While I am sure others will correspond in one way or another, although Joanne and I had not seen each other in a few years, Joanne is remembered with great affection by all in my family who knew her. She was a great and supportive sister-in-law to Freida. When I was a kid I used to tease Joanne that Freida was going to marry Mike so they could be sisters.

My Mother has very warm feelings and memories of Joanne from our years in Seaforth especially.

Your grief is shared in our hearts. Everyone Joanne touched, but especially her family, will possess a fond memory of a remark,laugh or joke reflective of her infectious humour and joyful outlook on life.
