COLLIER, Grant Stuart
July 27, 1953 - December 31, 2012
It is with great sadness that we announce Grant's passing after a long battle with cancer. He was a brilliant man who was fascinated by science and mathematics. He loved reading, music and dance. We will miss his sense of humour, generosity, and integrity. Grant will forever be loved and remembered by his wife Jenny; their children, Natalie and Brett; father George; brother Desmond; sister Lindsey, and their families. Our sincere thanks to the outstanding palliative care team, the Carewest Sarcee Hospice, and the teams at Tom Baker. A Celebration of Grant's Life will be held at LEYDEN'S Chapel of Remembrance (corner of 17 Avenue and 2 Street S.W.) on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Please consider donations in lieu of flowers, to the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra or the Calgary Health Trust. Condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.leydens.com. Arrangements entrusted to LEYDEN'S FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORIUM (304 - 18 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB). Telephone: 403-228-4422.
