DILWORTH, Grenville Samuel
March 27, 1926 - February 9, 2013
Grenville Samuel Dilworth peacefully passed away on February 9, 2013 at the age of 86. Gren was born on March 27, 1926 at Smiths Falls, Ontario. Gren is survived and lovingly remembered by his best friend and companion Lucille Kilvington, as well as his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Gren will be greatly missed by his daughters: Lisa (Paul) DaCunha and Vera (Steve) Bristow; son, Kevin and sister, Lorraine (Ralph) Vickers. Gren was predeceased by his son, Dana. As a dedicated member of the Royal Canadian Legion, he worked tirelessly as an advocate for the less fortunate for over 30 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Kensington Royal Canadian Legion No. 264 (1910 Kensington Road N.W., Calgary, AB) on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cancer Fund, The Poppy Fund or The Royal Canadian Legion No. 264.
