I was blessed to spend Keith's last birthday with him. Keith was a good friend and patient. I will miss having him to Sunday dinners and his feisty spirit. I did not know Vanessa but he spoke the world of her and all of their children. He was a classy wonderful guy and will be dearly missed.

Keith and his fellow competitors inspired generations of Alberta golfers. It was my honor to know him as a caddie pupil and player. He and Vanessa will be greatly missed by those whose lives they touched.

It started as a business transaction - helping Keith sell their home. It ended up being a friendship. He was a prince of a man. When I shared that I rarely had time for lunch, he showed up at the office with meal replacement shakes and a note of encouragement. Wish I could have said goodbye......and thank you.

Keith and Vanessa were fine friends it is hard to believe they are no longer with us. My condolences go out to the family.
Keith and I competed across Canada and joined forces to play golf for Canada in international competition. Keith was a true gentleman and fun to be around as he always had so many heartfelt stories to tell. I will miss his buoyant spirit and engaging smile. Keith was a wonderful golfer and I feel lucky to have met him and competed by his side.

Keith was an inspiration for my brother Ken, and myself, and many golfing friends through the sixties and seventies, in particular for he was one of Canada's very best amateur golfers of all time. Before our active golfing days he competed against our father, the late Ernie Sissons, in amateur golf in Alberta. He, along with Bob Wylie and Doug Silverberg set a standard for Canadian golf that may not be equalled. We knew his late son, Robby, and we played much golf with Robby in the early days( sixties/seventies). It saddens me greatly to watch these wonderful people leave this world. My sincere condolences to the family, at the very least.

To the family of Vanessa and Keith. My late wife Ida and I attended the same church in Edmonton and members at Mayfair G & C.C. I saw Keith several weeks ago at lst. Alliance but did not get a chance to talk with him. So sorry to see them both going to meet their Lord within a day but in some ways a blessing. God Bless you.

Our hearts are heavy but our hope is sure. So sad to hear of the passing of our dear friends, Keith and Vanessa. They nurtured a faith in God through Christ, in both my husband's (Kevin) and my life. They lovingly and patiently answered the many questions we had and modeled what they believed. They were two very special people. Kevin and I will miss them but rejoice that they are free and together!
